Membership in FOUCL is open to all individuals and interested organizations or businesses that support its purposes. Membership categories and dues are as follows:

Family Life Member $200
Individual Life Member $100
Business/ organization $ 50
Family $ 30
Individual $ 20
Senior/ Student $ 10
