Library Volunteers Needed!!!!!

• Schools are scheduling times for Young Reader's Choice Award book talks.  If you have time during regular school hours to help with this and enjoy reading aloud to children, please contact Kat Davis.


• Still looking for some volunteers to make "voting booths" out of refrigerator boxes.  Anyone out there have a barn or workshop to paint and store some of these?  Fun!  Easy!


• Signature gatherers will be needed beginning in mid December.  If you think you could collect some signatures to help with the petition drive, please contact Diane Walker, 562-5521


• Anyone with connections to community events such as Livestock Show, Fair, Riverfest or other similar events is asked to contact one of the FOUCL officers listed below.  We would like to have information about FOUCL and the library district at as many community events as possible in 2006.
